It Is Quite Remarkable

**It is remarkable how good some simple things can make you feel so good.**

I am really feeling much better these days. Healthier. I cut way back on my drinking in the last couple months and of course I'm eating better. Not necessarily good all the time, but much better than I used to. Quit smoking *anything*. That seems to have helped too. Still dropping weight.

It had gotten to the point where I dreaded walking anywhere because I was always gasping for breath. Even to the parking garage. Talk about make a man feel pathetic. That was enough for me. I think I'm going to try and get more exercise in the coming 12 months.

I really am feeling pretty good these days. Cannot remember the last time I used a rescue inhaler but I think it's been about a month? Asthma?!

This has done wonders for my sense of confidence and self-image. Still got a long way top go, but all green lights here.

**Next!**

Picked up my boxes from gazelle.com. So I can get my two pieces of tech I sold to them out of here.

**Next one.**

Got the patio doors and bedroom windows open today. It's a (comparatively speaking) positively balmy 76F outside the apt today. Got fans going in both rooms and I've turned the heat off.

**Again With the Next!**

Had a text from KK and she's feeling a bit under the weather, so we didn't trip off to an Apple Store today. It's okay, because I always get **fruity envy** when I'm in one of them. *laughs*

Not sure if we're still going out tonight or not. Just going to wait and see. Either way, I am good.

**Next!**

I'm in too good of a mood to let the fact that senuti pretty much hosed my music collection, get me down. Now I've got dual entries for almost every piece of music I've got. And then there's a bunch of stuff it didn't even pick up. Jeeeee-bus! Haven't figured out what to do yet, but something will bob to the surface I'm sure. *grins*

So no. I do not recommend senuti for this process. Got to be a better solution. Besides a good backup I mean. *grins* Which I will have once I've got this all straightened out again.

Looks like I've got about 5000 duplicates to deal with in iTunes and no **really** viable Apple solution. Meh.

Again, it ain't going to ruin my day. I may just let that lay for a couple hours while I stew on it.

If you're wondering about some of the strange characters in my updates (stars and slashes and others) I'm using a journaling tool that uses markdown language for formatting. This let's the entries be stored as plain text. It and LJ don't get along so well. I'm just too dang lazy to do the same thing twice.

Cheers!

It is remarkable how little things can make us feel good. Keep on feeling good, T!

Yay on the weight loss and also the decreasing use of your rescue inhaler. Asthma sucks.
