A Little Email Support...Not!

I had a note from NETGEAR this morning, asking me if the first email they sent me had solved this issue of being unable to connec to the outside world with my mac. This is laughable.

The email hey initially sent within 8 *cough cough* hours asked me to run through all the steps I had already taken! I respectfully replied back that i had (based on their wonderful email support) indeed solved the issue, but that I had decided to go with a non NETGEAR solution.
