I don't think so...

Been having a dialog via email with a support tech for a piece of audio enhasncement software I was trrying to demo on my Mac over the last few days.. Tech support is tough to do via email.

I think he realized (about two exchanges in) he was not dealing with some kind of noob.

Four out of the five things he suggested I had already done. A couple of them TWICE. And one of them THREE times...

And rather than torture him (or me) any more, I told him tonight he could go ahead and close the issue, because I was not going to install the SW yet again.

As for the sixth thing...No the GODDAM volume controls were not set to minimum. For Crissakes! I was trying to use the damned package...Not break it...
