The Offspring called me bright and early this morning, saying she had a huge bubble on the ceiling in her kitchen.
I ain’t gonna lie, that made me sit up and pay attention! Doesn’t sound earth shattering at this point and she’ll have a contractor come take a look at it.
The goofball dude that lives above her apparently left the water running in his kitchen sink.
Heh. I wanted to ask, “And did what?!” *grins* Bit my tongue
Dude! Where’s my camera?
Started to do the next lecture in the photog class I’m taking. Believe it’s all about ISO. I stopped to go get my camera bag so I’d have the camera. Before I went and got it though Ken (the instructor) talked a bit about ISO and aperture and shutter speed. And specifics for Nikon’s exposure metering. And that was enough for me to fool around with the camera set on full manual. And I tried to expose correctly by the metering. It works fairly well. I did go ahead and check out both over-exposures and a few under exposures. So yeah, I learned a little something today. And re-enforced it via practice and notes. *Just like a student. OMG!*
*laughs* I never got back to the lesson though. It will be there when I am. In the morning is likely.
Watching KC at the Steelers. Weather looks messy up there. Looked funky in Chicago last night too. Cold and raining. Brrrrrrr. Probably the same cold front too.
Better than snow as far as this southern boy is concerned.
The Steelers always seemed to be a scrappy team to me.
Fall? Yes please.
Looks like our week of Autumn weather rolled into SE Texas this week. Very nice and breezy at la casita today. Supposed to be cooler and drop into cold at some point in the next 7 days/nights.
I was back to open doors and windows today. Love this time of year here. Highs in the 60’s and lows in the 40’s. Yeah! Camping weather! Too bad I don’t have a tent any more. HA!
I gotta find my shoes!
Mi Amigos / Amigas ~ Life is short. Do what you love. And do it a lot!
Be awesome folks!
