Wait… What?

Weight? I've lost some.

Down 2 pounds this week. This makes me happy.

The last three or four weeks have been a struggle. In which I haven't lost a pound. Didn't gain any either, so there is that, and I am grateful.

Dropping it slow is the right way, but it does try your patience sometimes.
Keep up the good work and keep making (mostly) healthy choices!

Yay on loosing some weight! Sometimes we plateau for a while. I'm glad it finally dropped!

Me too. Had to work at it though. Mostly by being (mostly) good.
