These damn things came out of the crockpot falling off the bone. I didn't even put them under the broiler and baste them with sauce. I stood over the sink with a plate and the BBQ sauce and ate until I was FULL. Did some short ribs that I found in the freezer and a full rack of baby backs. And I still have the full RACK of baby backs.
Like to try them with the paprika next time. I used chili powder in place of it. And cut it to a third of the original. But this is definitely a keeper recipe.
