Think I’m coming down the home stretch to the iTunes rebuild. Got 1/2 a dozen that failed the last load in. Might have the CD's for those.

Next steps? Find the duplicates and crush them.

Haven’t heard some of the stuff I’ve been listening to (last night and) today in years. Some of this music is still pretty hard to listen to without some sort of emotional response. Sooooooo…

I’m having a few. "Responses". Some good. Some great. Some not so much of either of those.

But it will all be good in the end.

I can’t even explain why some of the reactions are so damn visceral.

'Cause, remember: no matter where you go... there you are.

Music definitely hits us where we live. I am listening to a very emotional song right now to try and ground myself in reality. And I use depressing music to drag me down from a manic episode. :)

Hehe, not me! I revel in the summer and long for summer when it's winter! (Which is any season other than summer to me :P )

However, I get your point about music touching us on an emotional level. That's the nature of the beast, I think. I...try to avoid those songs that bring me down.
